Please send us an email immediately to info@labellecapoiseboutique.com If your order was received and has any of the following issues: Missing item(s), wrong item(s), damaged item (S). To be able to help you as quickly as possible, we ask that you include your order number, packing slip and a picture of the package with the items received

You may also file a claim online for the missing package here https://.............. after submitting the claim, email your claim information to customer support at info@labellecapoiseboutique.com so that we can further assist you.
